Killaloe Diocese - Office Administrator

images A full time administrator is required to assist with the daily administration of the Diocesan office based in Ennis, Co. Clare. The role will be to provide administrative / organisational support and record keeping to the Bishop and Diocesan Office in the area of office management and reception.

The person appointed will need the following:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Office organisational and management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, Publisher and Powerpoint
  • Experience of computerised payroll systems and associated payroll legislation.

The ideal person should be self motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative and will have an understanding of the voluntary sector and an appreciation of the ethos of the Roman Catholic Church.  Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience for the successful candidate.
