Knock Shrine Visit

Earlier this month Leaving Cert students from St Caimin’s Community School Shannon visited Knock Shrine. Accompanied by their School Chaplain Cora Guinnane and Parish priest Fr Tom Ryan, the students visited the, Basilicia , Musuem, Parish Church.

They availed of the Sacrament of Reconciliation in the Confessional Chapel and celebrated Mass in the Apparition Chapel. They were addressed Trisha Gallagher from Ballinadine who is the National Chairperson of the Pioneer Association who spoke to the students about the story of Knock and the challenges facing young people today.
