Liturgical Music Ministry - Workshop 2

The second session of the Developing Liturgical Music Ministry Programme will be held on Saturday, 30^th of January.  The Workshop will take place at the Bunratty Castle Hotel from 10.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.  This time the focus of the day will be on the Liturgy of the Word.

Scripture Scholar Jessie Rogers will open the day with an input on Breaking Open the Word of God today. Workshops will follow on the Common Psalms with Ian Callinan and music settings of Scripture texts with Mary Curley.  In the afternoon, Fr Gerry Carey will offer some input about Taizé style Prayer Around the Cross and we will end with an experience of this kind of prayer using Taizé Chants.
