Liturgical Music Programme - Workshop 3

Session 3 of the Developing Liturgical Music Ministry Programme will be held on Saturday, 2nd April.  The Workshop will take place at the Bunratty Castle Hotel from 10.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.  The focus of this day will be on the Liturgy of the Eucharist.   Registration from 9.30 a.m.

Dr John O’ Keeffe will be our main presenter.  John has recently written the Mass of St Mel, which has a particular focus on congregational singing.  It is written in a style that is simple, tuneful and easy to pick up with or without musical accompaniment.  Ian Callinan will also lead a workshop on music for Eucharist which will include some lovely music for the Communion Rite.
