Tablet Publishes Tribute to Canon Paddy O'Brien

The well known periodical, The Tablet, recently published a tribute to Canon Paddy O'Brien, the retired Parish Priest of Bodyke and Tuamgraney, who died recently. The article was written by Brendan McCarthy who is a nephew of Canon Paddy.

In a moving and poignat tribute Brendan not only reflects on the man himself but also highlights the impact of having a priest in the family. The article was entitled ‘One of our very own’, published in The Tablet of 9^th November 2013.
